Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (subject to destination)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within Australia and selected international destinations.
If we do not ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
International Shipping
For all international shipping please email hello@ssups.com.au directly to confirm your order and shipping. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
- Any relevant shipping information
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
